How to use it

  1. Copy the “Ask for reviews” link from your Google Business Profile.
  2. Paste it here and add your logo and business name.
  3. Download and print the sign, and put it by the till or on tables.

How do I get the official review link?

  1. Sign in with the Google account that manages your Google Business Profile.
  2. Search Google for your business name; the profile management panel appears.
  3. Tap “Ask for reviews” and copy the link. It usually starts with g.page/r/.

A normal map link (maps.app.goo.gl) only opens your business page, and customers then have to find the review button. The “Ask for reviews” link opens the review form directly.

A note on Google’s policies

Don’t offer discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, and don’t ask only happy customers. This breaks Google’s policies and can get reviews removed or hurt your listing. Ask everyone for an honest review.

FAQ

Do customers need a special app?

No. The phone camera reads the code and the review form opens in the browser or Google Maps. Customers need a Google account to post a review.

Can I put the Google logo on the sign?

We don’t print Google’s logo; the sign says “Review us on Google” in text, and you can add your own logo.

Can I use one sign for several branches?

Each branch has its own profile and review link. Make a code per branch so reviews go to the right place.

Can I write “Rate us 5 stars and get a discount”?

We advise against it. Google prohibits rewards for reviews and asking only for positive reviews.
